We handle all logistics including ocean freight and air cargo dispatch, transit monitoring, and customs export coordination. Delivery timelines vary based on shipping mode and final destination, and tracking details are provided for every consignment.

We procure products exclusively from reputable, verified distributors, certified manufacturers, and licensed auctions across Canada and the United States. All sourcing orders are rigorously checked against client specifications, bill of sale records, and item condition standards prior to purchase.

Before departure, every consignment undergoes our multi-point quality check. We verify visual appearance, mechanical or functional soundness, packaging integrity, and serial number accuracy. Detailed inspection photos and reports are provided to clients prior to dispatch.

In strict adherence to international trade laws and aviation/maritime security treaties, we cannot ship hazardous chemicals, explosives, weapons, flammable liquids, counterfeit goods, or goods prohibited by the destination country’s customs authority.

Clients are solely responsible for local import declarations, duties, taxes, and destination port clearance fees. We supply full export clearance documentation, commercial invoices, and cargo manifests to support straightforward customs processing.

We accept wire transfers, certified bank drafts, and verified major card payments. Invoices are issued in USD/CAD. Full payment or the pre-agreed installment schedule must be satisfied before goods are released for export departure.

Given the international shipping logistics, returned shipments must be pre-authorized within 14 calendar days of port arrival. In the event of cargo damage during transit, claims must be accompanied by destination inspection reports, photos, and carrier delivery slips.

We are committed to safeguarding your personal and commercial data. Information gathered during orders is utilized exclusively for logistics fulfillment, customs documentation, and transaction processing. We do not sell or disclose client details to third parties.
